As part of our pre-requisite to apply for a Live account with Omise, merchants are asked to communicate its policies on the website. There are 2 required policies – the Business Policy and the Privacy Policy.
If you’ve changed your company name but are still in the same business then you'll have to submit the following documents to us via email.
By default, all accounts have access to our test mode. To get a live account and receive actual transactions, a few documents must be submitted online for approval.
After the KYC team has reviewed your submitted documents and approved your application, you will need to sign the Merchant Services Agreement (MSA) in order to start using our service.
