What to do if I lost the device I used to set up two-factor authentication?

If you have your recovery code with you, you can temporarily sign in and set up two-factor authentication again.

If you do not have your recovery code and cannot sign in, contact OPN customer support.

  1. Omise will issue a recovery code for two-factor authentication.

  2. You can sign in to your account with your recovery code.

  3. After signing in, go to the two-factor authentication menu and set up your account again.

To get help with your recovery code, please use the email address used to register your Omise account. Please also attach the following documents with your email.

Thailand
Company
  1. Company registration document (DBD)

  2. Company bank account (The bank account number should match with what is on your Omise live account)

Individual
  1. ID card

  2. Bank account (The bank account number should match with what is on your Omise live account)

Singapore
  1. ACRA or company registration document

  2. Bank statement/ Cheque that shows your account number. (The bank account number should match with what is on your Omise live account)

Japan
  1. Identity verification documents of the representative
    For example: Car driver's license, insurance card, name, address, and date of birth must be included.

  2. Confirmation of the bank account you have registered with Omise (The bank account number should match with what is on your Omise live account) A copy of your bankbook or cash card (photo acceptable)

Malaysia
  1. Company registration document

  2. Bank statement/ Cheque that shows your account number. (The bank account number should match with what is on your Omise live account)
