Refunds can be either full or partial, depending on the payment method. When a merchant issues a refund to a buyer, no additional processing fees will be charged.

However, the service fees (transaction fees + 7% VAT) will only be refunded to the merchant in certain cases.

Cases where service fees are refunded:

• Full refunds processed before the settlement time (for card payments only)

Cases where service fees are not refunded:

• Full refunds processed after the settlement time

• Partial refunds, both before and after the settlement time

The settlement time for card payments is 7:00 PM. However, this time may vary depending on the conditions set by the acquiring banks.
