Interview Format

Most of our interviews are conducted via video conference (Zoom and Google Meets). Once the interview schedule is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with a calendar invitation. If there's a need to conduct an interview onsite at our office, we will inform you in advance. We recommend you attend the meeting on your PC or laptop with a stable internet connection to ensure smooth communication throughout the session.

1. Be Familiar with the Job Description

Make sure you understand details such as the scope of work, expectations and the skills that the team is looking for. Thus, it's a good idea to have a quick read through the job description before the meeting to better grasp the overview of the applied position and know what to highlight.

2. Be Precise

Prepare possible answers and the summary of your experience. Keep it comprehensive while showcasing who you are.

3. Be Yourself

At Opn, we do not put heavy emphasis on what you wear as long as you are comfortable and productive. So, attending interview in a t-shirt is perfectly fine with us.

4. Be Prepared to Ask Questions

For us, an interview is a two way process. It is an opportunity not only for us to get to know you but also for you to learn about us. We encourage you to prepare a list of questions for the team in advance.

5. Be Punctual

We believe punctuality is a form of respect. Please make sure to recheck your interview schedule and be on time.
