I’m Kev, and I lead the Talent Management team. I help find and bring talented individuals who are passionate, smart, and hungry to make an impact. I help them grow, develop their skills, and engage and motivate them to achieve long-term professional and business goals.
I love Opn because it has a diverse team that encourages you to bring your best every day. Everyone is supportive, and we treat each other as family. Another thing I like about Opn is having autonomy over my role. Flexibility and work-life balance are a way of life here.
I have known Opn for more than five years, and I’ve seen the company evolve, and grow exponentially in recent times, currently operating in eight countries. It’s been an exciting year for me at Opn, where I oversee the technology hiring for our engineering division.

My name is Dao, and I look after hiring matters for both technical and business roles, focusing on the Opn Pro team. I have been with Opn for almost two years and am very intrigued by how fast the company has grown since I joined.

I have been working as a talent acquisition partner for Opn since 2021 and I love seeing my impact on the company; hiring for new and exciting roles, seeing teams and products evolve as we hire new employees and the enrichment of the lives of my candidates through the hiring process.
The thrill of my job is when a candidate and the role fully align and I get to extend an employment offer on behalf of the hiring team, and everything just clicks – the timing, the interest on both sides, the skill set and personality.
