### Total balance
The total balance is the amount you received from all transactions after deducted fees.  

### On hold 
The balance on hold is the amount that Omise, by default, holds for a certain period after the transaction is made. This allows a window for chargebacks or refunds that may occur.

For **Singapore**, funds are kept on hold for 1 days for cards payment and PayNow, and 5 days for Alipay+.

### Transferable balance
The transferable balance is the amount that can be transfered to your bank account.
