Learning and Development (L&D) is Crucial in Modern Business

At Opn, our Learning and Development (L&D) team is on a mission to "Empower People Growth and Opn Profitability." Our latest learning session, "The Art of Understanding: Personality Types and Effective Communication," is a testament to this commitment. To ensure our training addresses the root causes of performance issues, we start with a compulsory Learning Need Analysis (LNA) in collaboration with our hiring managers. We meticulously research and customize the course content, embedding it with Opn's core values: Simple, Real, and Beautiful. This onsite training workshop is not your average lecture; it's an immersive experience filled with activities and real-world case scenarios.

Facilitating Learning and Development Sessions Needs an Instructor

Our facilitators are in-house L&D professionals with a wealth of experience. Rudy, our lead facilitator, stands out with his background in education and social entrepreneurship. With nearly a decade in the regional startup arena, Rudy's accomplishments include winning Techstars Startup Weekend in 2015. He was also selected by the U.S. Department of State for a prestigious leadership fellowship and certified by Gallup in the Behavioral Economic Leadership Workshop. Rudy is instrumental in bridging the gap between learning theory and practical application with proven experiences in EdTech, e-commerce and fintech companies.

Interactive Activities to Engage the Participants

We have divided our content into four parts: Introduction to Personality Types, Understanding Different Personalities, How to Work with People with Different Personalities, and Working as a Team. It requires participants to actively interact with each other based on learning activities such as: What are your personality results? Understanding the Differences through the interview and case scenario, and lastly, case study investigation with the team members.
